“Our community keeps me accountable *every single

day* in my own sobriety! Not a day goes by without a

reminder, "Hey, I'm in this too." When we talk about

change—we are humbly seeking to become the

change.”

MEET JOHN CLIFFORD, PRESIDENT

John Clifford has launched Greenhouse Recovery after dedicating 16+ years to helping others with drug addiction recovery in the Southeast PA region.

Greenhouse Recovery is an expansion of the lifestyle John and his committed team have already been sharing in Chester, PA—planting themselves in community with neighbors facing hardships to bring intentional care and a longterm commitment that helps others achieve life transformation through hope in Jesus.

And the best part?

Greenhouse Recovery is born from John’s own journey overcoming life-dominating addiction.

After losing everything to drug addiction, John Clifford’s life was forever changed in 2006 in a jail cell when he had a personal encounter with Jesus. Upon release, he landed in Chester where a rescue mission took him in.

John took a leadership role to help meet immediate and physical needs of the under-resourced through food, shelter, clothing, and more. A decade later serving at the rescue mission, John realized something was still missing: lasting transformation.

Through God’s leading and loving mentors, he was challenged to give back and impact a hurting city.

The men who receive restorative care and hope at Greenhouse Recovery do not build back their life alone.

They benefit from John’s personal experience overcoming life-dominating addiction, a relentless passion to help others achieve the same, and a community environment built on Godly principles that position men for a life that flourishes.

Are you ready to step into restorative sobriety?

Greenhouse Recovery is where life can be restored in a safe space with others like you. To be known, to overcome, to thrive.
