Our growing network sober living homes is based in Southeast, PA to serve men from the Tri-state region of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Greenhouse Recovery headquarter offices are located at 44 E 23rd St, Chester, PA. -
The potential resident must:
1. Be admitted voluntarily.
2. Be 18 years of age or older.
3. Certificate of Completion from a recovery treatment facility.
4. Be physically and medically stable. We do accept MAT individuals in our sober living program. Clients must be under the care of a Physician.
5. Have adequate control over their behavior and be assessed not to be imminently dangerous to themselves or others.
6. Express a desire to recover from life-dominating addiction and or drugs or alcohol.
7. Be assessed as medically appropriate and free of any illness that requires isolation or assistance from others.
8. Have the capacity for active participation in all phases of the program.
9. Be ambulatory and able to meet personal needs without assistance.
10. Have adequate resources to pay the intake and program fee.
11. Must be willing to be responsible and accountable for their behavior and actions.

Greenhouse Recovery serves men committed to sober living, willing to do the hard work required in recovery with active participation in a sober living environment.
Daily life includes house chores and upholding responsibilities with housemates, getting a sponsor, regular 1:1 meetings with a recovery coach, actively addressing step work, paying weekly housing fees, and community activities.
It’s up to every recovery resident to uphold standards of safety. Residents who are unable to fulfill their responsibilities choose to leave the community.We also employ a 14-30 day blackout period whereby residents are accompanied to work and spend most of their time at the house to lay low and adjust to new routines.

Entry Level Houses
Residential sober living houses provide men with a new start in life, and a safe place to build foundational disciplines needed for lasting sobriety. This is a safe family environment for men to be restored from the grips of homelessness and break cycles of drug and alcohol addiction.
Graduate Houses
Our graduate housing program provides an affordable sober living environment that equips men to advance as active members of the community and create a strong foundation for independence, with a unique focus on bringing families back together.
